Academy Award-winning actress Reese Witherspoon and her husband Jim Toth have reportedly decided to end their marriage. Witherspoon and Toth, who is a talent agent, have been married for over 10 years.

According to sources close to the couple, the decision to divorce was mutual and amicable. Witherspoon and Toth remain committed to co-parenting their 8-year-old son, Tennessee.

In a joint statement released to the media, the couple said, “We have decided to end our marriage. This is a mutual decision and we ask for privacy at this time. We will continue to love and support one another and remain committed to co-parenting our son.”

The couple first met in 2010 and were married the following year in a private ceremony held at Witherspoon’s ranch in Ojai, California. Witherspoon was previously married to actor Ryan Phillippe, with whom she shares two children, Ava and Deacon.

Witherspoon has been a prominent figure in Hollywood for over two decades, starring in films such as Legally Blonde, Walk the Line, and Wild. She also founded the production company Hello Sunshine, which focuses on creating content by and for women.

Toth, who is a talent agent at the Creative Artists Agency, has represented numerous high-profile clients, including Matthew McConaughey and Scarlett Johansson.
